RETURNS
POLICY
Our handcrafted made to order items are non refundable unless they arrive damaged. Should an item arrive damaged or faulty we request this is reported with photographic evidence sent to hettierosehome@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Stock Items can be returned within 14 days in original packaging for a full refund at the customers expense. Please note a full refund will be issued once goods are returned and inspected by one of our team and deemed in a suitable condition.

What is the current lead time?
Currently there is 7-10 day lead time on all shelves. There is a 6 week lead time on all our handmade furniture and 10-14 day lead time on all homeware. Please note this is subject to change.
How do I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged on delivery, we will arrange for the goods to be collected. If you are returning an item for any other reason then you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Do you offer any customisation options?
Yes, we are able to customise certain pieces to meet your specific needs. Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss customisation options.
Do you have international delivery?
We do offer international shipping to certain countries, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we ship to your country and how much delivery will cost
Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a showroom, this ensures we can keep our products affordable. Please note samples are available to purchase for a small charge.
